Last year, the online retail giant announced it would be opening a new store in the SoNo Collection mall in Norwalk, markings the company’s first foray in the Nutmeg State.

Last week, on Wednesday, Feb. 11, the Amazon 4-star store opened in the mall, featuring the company’s most highly rated products, “from the top categories across all of amazon.com."

The store will offer a variety of products, including books, Amazon devices, electronics, kitchen and home products, toys, books, games, and other items. Amazon Prime members will also see a discount on certain items on a rotating basis.

“Amazon 4-star is a place where customers can discover products they will love.

Everything for sale is rated 4 stars and above, is a top seller, or is new and trending on amazon.com," the company stated. “Visit today to discover products from some of the most popular categories on Amazon.com including devices, consumer electronics, kitchen, home, toys, books, and games.”

In the SoNo Collection mall, the Amazon 4-star store can be found between Sephora and the upcoming Verizon store, near Bloomingdale’s.

The company also plans to open a fulfillment center in North Haven before the year’s end.
